The Opening ceremony will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday 1st November 2009. For security reasons, participants must wear the badges that they receive upon registration.
Registration
All participants need to register on site to receive their badges prior to attending the forum.
The registration desk will be open on:
- Saturday 31 October 2009 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday 1st November 2009 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. sharp
You will receive all forum material upon receiving your badges.
Travel Documents and Visa
Please ensure that your travel documents required to proceed to enter Kuwait are in order as early as possible.
Should you need a visa to enter kuwait, please make the necessary arrangements with the Kuwaiti embassy, consulate or representation in your country.
Accommodations
For your convenience, Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal will assist you in hotel arrangements. Mr. Nader Ghannam has sent you a hotel registration form, if you haven’t sent the hotel form yet; please send it completed by October 25th, 2009 .
For all participants, please send us your travel details, including dates, times and flight numbers of your arrival and departure by October 25th, 2009. This information is necessary to finalize and reconfirm your hotel reservation and to arrange your airport pick up.
