Cancellation and refund policy
- Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal retains the right to change the venue, dates, program, speakers and participants of the Event.
- A delegate unable to attend may be represented by another executive of his company.
- Fees do not include travel and accommodation expenses.
- Registration is not finalized until payment is settled.
In case of cancellation:
- 150$ service fee will be charged 4 weeks prior to forum’s date*
- 50% of the fee will be refunded 3 weeks prior to forum’s date*
- No refund is made after this date.
* Bank charges are borne on participant
Upon settlement of registration fees, you will receive a confirmation message then you can check out the following services available through our website:

- Meet and assist services *
- Visa processing *
- Match Making Platform (B2B) *
If your participation to the event requires you to travel from abroad, a hotel booking form is automatically sent to you following your registration. If you would like to make use of this service, please complete the form and fax it back to us, selecting your preferences and ensuring that your credit card number is included. Once received, you will be sent a confirmation of your hotel booking.
Hotel special rates are available to participants who use this service provided by the organizers, as well as the airport pick up service.
If you would like assistance with your visa arrangements, please fax or e-mail a colored copy of the first three pages of your passport to the first address listed . Your request will be forwarded to the concerned authorities and as soon as the visa is finalized, we will send it to the fax or e-mail, mentioned on your Registration Form. Visa service cost is $60.
- Visa may not be attained for all events, in which case, you will need to ask for an official confirmation letter to be sent to the embassy to facilitate visa issuing.
