The Opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday 16th April 2010.
For security reasons, participants must wear the badges that they receive upon registration.
Registration
All participants need to register on site to receive their badges prior to attending the conference.
The registration desk will be open on:
- Thursday 15th April 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
- Friday 16th April 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
You will receive all forum material upon receiving your badges.
Travel Documents and Visa
Please ensure that your travel documents required to proceed to enter Lebanon are ready as early as possible.
Should you need a visa to enter Lebanon, please make the necessary arrangements with the Lebanese Embassy or consulate or representative in your country. If there is no Lebanese consulate or representation in your country, and you need assistance in obtaining a visa, please contact Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal (see “Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Contact List” below).
Transportation
Shuttle bus services from the various hotels accredited by the organizers to the Emirates Palace will be provided to all participants. The schedule of shuttle buses during the 2-day Forum will be provided to you upon your arrival.
Accommodations
Ms. Nahawand Haddara, will assist you with your hotel arrangements upon receiving your complete hotel registration form.
Please make sure to send it completed by April 1st, 2010.
For all participants, please send us your travel details, including dates, times and flight numbers of your arrival and departure by April 5th, 2010. This information is necessary to finalize and reconfirm your hotel reservation and to arrange your airport pick up.
