You are about to register yourself or a colleague for Turkish-Arab Capital Markets Forum

Choosing to register online is a well chosen option, as it is quick and simple, entitling you for incentive discounts, and facilitating your use of additional services, should you need them.


Registration incentives:

Conference fee: $1000

  • Second registrant benefits from a 10% discount.
  • Additional registrants benefit from 20% discount.
  • Registering online grants you an additional incentive discount of 10% on total registered participants

Cancellation and refund policy

  • IktissadEvents retains the right to change the venue, dates, program, speakers and participants of the event.
  • A delegate unable to attend may be represented by another executive of his company.
  • Fees do not include travel and accommodation expenses.
  • Registration is not finalized until payment is settled.

In case of cancellation:
  • 50% of the fee will be refunded before 10/10/2012 (N.B. Bank charges are borne on participant)
  • An additional 150$ service fee will be charged between 10/10/2012 and 16/10/2012 (N.B. Bank charges are borne on participant)
  • No refund is made after this date (16/10/2012).

  • Meet and assist services *
  • Visa processing *
  • Match Making Platform (B2B) *

Accommodation Services

If your participation to the event requires you to travel from abroad, a hotel booking form is automatically sent to you following your registration. If you would like to make use of this service, please complete the form and fax it back to us, selecting your preferences and ensuring that your credit card number is included. Once received, you will be sent a confirmation of your hotel booking. Hotel special rates are available to participants who use this service provided by the organizers, as well as the airport pick up service.

Visa arrangements

If you would like assistance with your visa arrangements, please fax or e-mail a colored copy of the first three pages of your passport to the first address listed below. Your request will be forwarded to the concerned authorities and as soon as the visa is finalized, we will send it to the fax or e-mail, mentioned on your registration form. Visa service cost is $110. - Visa may not be attained for all events, in which case, you will need to ask for an official confirmation letter to be sent to the embassy to facilitate visa issuing.
