Chairman
Mr. Georges Chehwane is currently the Chairman of Plus Holding, a group he founded in 1992, which includes several companies operating in the Real Estate development sector through Plus Properties in Lebanon, Cyprus, Greece and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The group also operates in the advertising and printing sectors through Group Plus and Orange/Printing Plus in the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon and Bahrain, and is also active in the hospitality and agricultural sectors as well.
Plus Holding employs more than 800 persons spread across six countries. The group recently launched River City project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which spans 6 million square meters and represents a modern, integrated city that combines various aspects of contemporary life. It is considered one of the largest investment projects in Africa.
Plus Holding has succeeded in establishing its position in the market through a well-planned expansion strategy and smart investment diversification across several vital sectors.
