Appointed in March 2022 and he is a mechanical engineer by profession. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eduardo University since 1985, and a MBA from the Coventry Business School, Coventry University, United Kingdom (1993). He also holds a MEng in Water Supply Equipment and Systems, from Witwatersrand University, Johannesburg, South Africa. (2008) He has work experience in different fields, including management positions in many industrial production companies and service providers, where he held several positions at the level of the Board of Directors, namely as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Executive Committee (CEO), Managing Director and  Executive Director. Companies included, among others, Ecobank Moçambique, SA; STEMA-, a Mozambican state-owned company dedicated to managing grain silos and providing bulk grain logistics services Mr. Moreno is a Specialist in studies and projects for the implementation of metal-mechanical industries and production planning and control; and he is registered at the Africa Project Development Facility network. He is married, and a father of three children and professes the Christian religion. He Speaks Portuguese, English and understands French.
