Born in Beirut in 1963 He moved from Lebanon to Live in Jordan in 1978 due to the civil war. In 1987: he established a company in Jordan to distribute and sell electric home appliances which become Dada Group for trade and investment, it has 13 branches and 300 employees work in. In 1991: the Sona brand was registered as the first trademark in the home appliances sector and it was the first OEM brand in Jordan in this industry. In 2002: the partnership and cooperation started between DADA Group and Arcelik Turkey to be the sole distributor for Beko home appliances products in the Jordanian market. In 2006: Established a factory in Amman to produce front-loading washing machines and gas ovens under the Beko brand. In 2011: Dada Group was selected to be in the customs duty golden list. In 2022: Chaired the Lebanese Jordanian Business Forum in Amman a non-profit,non-government organization promoting and bridging business connections for Lebanese business people in Jordan and between Lebanon. In 2023: Elected as president of the Lebanese Business Jordanian forum for 2 years.
