Dr. Milad Sebaaly
Founder and Managing Director
Dr. Milad Sebaaly is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Learning (Dubai-Jeddah-Beirut-London), a leading solution provider in educational technology and innovation, AI applications and human development (2010–present).
He is the President of the United Lebanon Foundation (2006–present) and President of the Saadeh Foundation for Culture (2024–present).
He was the Founding Chairman of the Information Technology Department at the American University in Dubai (1998–2002), Founder and Provost of the Syrian Virtual University, the first accredited virtual university in the Arab world (2002–2004).
Founding member of leading international organizations in technology, AI and education, including MIT-LINC, FIRA, and NAISO.
Chaired several international conferences focused on research and technological applications, particularly in education, digital transformation, and development, and authored numerous publications in these fields.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (1991 and 1994), and PhD degree in Computer Engineering (AI and Robotics) from Nagoya Institute of Technology in Japan (1998).
