Chairman and CEO
Mr. Elie Gebrayel is currently the Chairman and CEO of Erga Group in Lebanon; He is Architect, strategist, and business leader who has spent over 40 years shaping the MENA region’s-built environment and architectural landscape.
In 1980, he co-founded Erga Group with his wife, Architect Randa Faddoul—now operating in 25 countries with 17 offices and over 2,800 projects delivered. Under his leadership, Erga pioneered digital transformation in architecture and engineering across the region.
He is a member of the AIA and several Gulf engineering syndicates.
Since 2010, he has served as Mayor of Ghalboun and leads the Clean Environment for Life CEFL NGO.
He serves on several civic and academic boards, including LAU, CIH, CMDR, and the Niemeyer Heritage Foundation.
His vision combines architectural excellence, civic service, and a commitment to sustainability, dialogue, and national development.
He holds an architecture degree from Lebanese University, with further studies in Paris.
