
Eng. Fuad Abou Hamdan
President
Eng. Fuad Abou Hamdan is currently the President of the Lebanese Community in Jordan.
After graduating, he moved to Jordan to continue his father's career in the contracting sector, where he contributed to the implementation of a large number of vital projects in Jordan, most notably the Khalidiya Dam project and the first phase of the phosphate deposits in Aqaba, in addition to a wide range of projects related to buildings, infrastructure, water networks, and communications.
He was elected as President of the Lebanese Community in 2003. Among the most notable achievements of the administrative body of the Lebanese Community's during his presidency was the construction of the Lebanese Embassy building in Amman, in addition to the purchase of a plot of land designated for the construction of a private residence for the Lebanese Ambassador of Jordan, the also organized numerous cultural and national events and was awarded the Order of the Cedar, Knight's Rank.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas in the United States of America.
