
H.E. Dr. Paul Morcos
Minister of Information, Lebanon
Dr. Paul Morcos is currently the Minister of Information. He is the Founder of JUSTICIA Law firm attorney at Law, legal and compliance advisor for several financial institutions, and the President and founder of the Lebanese Foundation for Development and Human Rights.
Dr. Morcos, a trilingual speaker who speaks Arabic, English, and French, was also a Professor at Saint-Joseph University, Beirut, the American University of Beirut (AUB), La Sagesse and Lebanese University.
Dr. Morcos Coordinated the National Action Plan for Human Rights at the Lebanese Parliament with UNDP and OHCHR support and works as a legal counselor for several public and private entities such as the Lebanese parliament. With his legal expertise in Corporate & Banking law and Human Rights, he published several books on public law, human rights and Democracy, Legal Corporate and Banking.
Some were supported and published under the patronage of WORLD BANK, UNDP, UNESCO and EU. Dr. Morcos participated in the International Visitors Leadership Program with the Sates Department and was awarded with merits from Lebanese and International authorities.
Dr. Morcos was appointed on February 8, 2025 Minister of Information and Minister of Justice p.i. in the first government of President Joseph Aoun presided by PM Judge Nawaf Salam.
