Mr. Boutros Younes is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. He is the founder, managing partner, and attorney at law at Boutros Younes Law Firm, established in Lebanon in 1984. In addition, he is the founder, managing partner, and attorney at law at Mohammed Al Jarbou Law Firm in Saudi Arabia, a position he has held since 1995. Mr. Boutros began his legal career as a trainee lawyer at Issam Younes Law Firm in Lebanon from 1981 to 1984. Prior to that, he worked as a math and Arabic teacher at Tannourine School in Lebanon from 1974 to 1979. Throughout his career, Mr. Boutros has demonstrated his dedication to the legal profession and his commitment to serving his clients. He has successfully handled over 2,000 complex litigation and arbitration cases in both the private and public sectors, achieving a remarkable 100% success rate. His expertise extends to various legal frameworks, including those of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Mr. Boutros played a significant role in the establishment of the Lebanese business council and investment in Saudi Arabia, highlighting his involvement in the business community. He has also served as a secretary and council delegate to government agencies, demonstrating his involvement in public affairs. He holds an LLB in private law and an LLM in business law from the University of Picardie Jules Vernes in France. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1980 and has practiced as a barrister and solicitor in the Lebanese jurisdiction.
