Wael Qahoush is the Head of Compliance and BSA Officer at FAB USA. His primary role is to oversee all aspects of the Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance Function of the US Branch. Wael has over 25 years of banking experience. He has held several leadership positions with NBAD in Audit and Compliance. Prior to that, Wael held senior roles at GE Capital, Wells Fargo Bank, and Fremont Investment and Loan in Credit, Risk and Default Management as well as Quality Assurance. Wael holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Arts degree in International Affairs. Wael also holds an International Certificate in Banking Risk & Regulation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and is ACAMS certified.
