Chairman and CEO
Yahya Kassaa is the Chairman and CEO of Kassaa Group Holding, a leading vertically integrated holding specializing in Surface Coatings, Construction Chemicals, and Home and Personal Care Products. With a career spanning over three decades, Yahya has established himself as a visionary leader in the chemicals industry and consumer retail sector. His deep industry expertise, combined with a strategic focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions, has propelled Kassaa Group into a global enterprise with operations across MENA, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Yahya has dedicated his expertise to fostering business leadership in Lebanon. In 2013, he joined the Lebanese Franchise Association (LFA) as a board member, serving as Secretary-General from 2015 to 2017. His tenure saw significant advancements in the organization, culminating in his election as President of the LFA in 2017 and his re-election in 2021.
Yahya also serves as the Managing Director of Nerve Investments, an Abu Dhabibased investment holding company providing growth capital to early-stage and established businesses.
In addition, Yahya plays a pivotal role in shaping Lebanon's economic landscape as a board member of the Lebanese Economic Organizations (LEO), a coalition of 18 leading business associations. In 2021, he further extended his influence by joining the board of the Chambre de Commerce Franco-Libanaise, where he actively promotes economic collaboration between Lebanon and France.
Yahya Kassaa holds a master’s degree in Business Studies from the Lebanese American University and is committed to advancing excellence in every endeavor he undertakes.
